Cancellation:
All cancellations must be completed in writing. Upon receipt of your written notice, a cancellation penalty applies as follows:
  • Full Refund - less $100 administrative fee per person will be charged
      for any cancellations received in writing up to 30 days prior to 
      departure.
  • 29 to 15 days before departure
    		•  - 15% of camp price per person
  • 14 to 8 days before departure
    		• - 40% of camp price per person
  • 7 to 1 day(s) before departure
    		• - 75% of camp price per person
  • On or after departure date
    		•  - 100% of camp price per person
    *The plane ticket is non-refundable once the airline company issues the ticket.



    IN ADDITION, THOSE THAT CANCEL THEIR PARTICIPATION FROM THE SUMMER CAMP ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SINGLE SUPPLEMENT BEING CHARGED TO A ROOMMATE AS A RESULT OF CANCELLATION. NO EXEMPTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
